Hosting a deadlifting workshop on Tuesday July 19th, 6 PM at Key2Fitness. $35, event lasts approximately 75 minutes with a maximum of 6 participants. This is a really small investment to learn how to properly do what can be an amazing and powerful lift when performed with the correct technique.
If you are already deadlifting but not sure if you’re doing it right, hit me up and attend my workshop!
